1. Data we collect

Pre-registration: when you reserve early access, we collect your name and email address. That's all the form asks for.

Direct contact: if you email us at contact@gatead.com, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Technical data: our hosting provider collects standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

2. How we use your data

We use your name and email exclusively to manage the early-access waiting list: confirming your spot, letting you know when Gatelinks opens, and sending important information about the launch.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by submitting the pre-registration form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your data.

4. Data retention

Pre-registration data is kept until the public launch of Gatelinks, and at most 24 months after collection. If you create an account at launch, your data will then be governed by the service's privacy policy.

5. Processors and hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf and are bound by their own data-protection commitments.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@gatead.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical data strictly necessary to serve the site is processed.
